House Rules

⚠️ Cancellation: at least 24 hours before

Cancel your booking in the Playtomic app at least 24 hours before it starts. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full — no exceptions, so every player gets the same fair chance at a court.

Padel is not only about winning or losing, but also about mutual respect. Please follow these rules:

Etiquette

No glass bottles or glasses in the hall or near the courts.
When switching sides, do not climb or jump over the net.
Respect your booked time, or extend it in time.
Pay for the court and rental rackets before you start playing.
Wear proper sports clothing — no playing with a bare upper body.

Good to know

Lights switch on automatically 5 minutes before your booking and off 10 minutes after it ends. Please leave the court on time for the next players.
Clean indoor sports shoes only (padel or tennis shoes) — no outdoor or black-soled shoes.
Do not hit the glass or the fence with your racket. Please report any damage straight away.
No food on the courts. Water in plastic or metal bottles is fine.
No smoking or vaping indoors.
No dogs or other pets on the padel courts.
Take your bottles and rubbish with you.
Children under 14 only with an adult.
Play fair and stay friendly: call your own balls and greet the next players.

Rackets Academy reserves the right to exclude anyone who does not respect these rules from the Academy, temporarily or permanently.
